May she continue to enjoy sound health, strength and divine guidance as she contributes her quota to the development of Oyo State, especially in the area of women empowerment and social inclusion.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The PDP gubernatorial aspirant further described birthdays as important moments to reflect on service to humanity and to appreciate God\u2019s grace, expressing hope that the commissioner would continue to make meaningful impacts in governance and community development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis special day is not only a celebration of another year but also a celebration of a life of service and dedication to the upliftment of others. Oyo State needs more leaders with empathy and genuine concern for the people, and I commend her efforts in this regard,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajadi also used the opportunity to encourage public office holders to continue to prioritise policies and programmes that improve the welfare of citizens, noting that leadership must always be measured by its positive impact on the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He wished the commissioner many more years of impactful service, peace, and fulfilment in both her public responsibilities and personal life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hon. Balogun has been widely recognised for her advocacy for women\u2019s rights, gender equality, and social protection programmes aimed at improving the living conditions of vulnerable residents across
